Approach
Develop a new, comprehensive 10 - 12 month marketing campaign based on the Perfect Location, Perfect Setting, Perfect Home theme. Implement a broad range of marketing tactics including a TV Commercial, website splash page, digital advertising, social campaigns, theater advertising, print ads, Public Relations and analytics monitoring and reporting.
Results
Increased fill rate to near capacity. Allowed a strategic focus shift to explore new growth opportunities.
